Keyamo breaks silence on paying Charly Boy millions to attack PDP candidate

Festus Keyamo, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) and spokesperson of the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council, has reacted to claims by Co-convener of Our Mumu Don Do Movement, Charlyboy that he (Keyamo) paid him millions to attack Atiku Abubakar.

WE4WEREPORTS reported that Charlyboy in a viral video on Friday confessed to have collected money from Keyamo to promote his song which was against Atiku Abubakar.

He was quoted as saying, “When Festus Keyamo came to discuss Deji’s matter with me, he heard my new song where I was dissing Atiku, he paid for the song because he wanted to use my song. I don’t mind collecting money if you want to use my song.”

On how much Keyamo paid, Charlyboy added that, “He paid heavy money, nine figures … Everybody wanted a part of the money including Deji and I did not mind sharing it,” he said in the Roots TV video.

But reacting Keyamo in an interview with Daily Trust, denied the allegation.

According to him, he will not pay for a song that insulted the All Progressives Congress, APC.

He said, “Anybody who thinks that I would pay one naira for a song that also abuses APC, you know the song also abuses APC?

”It says both APC and PDP are the same. Anybody who thinks that I would pay one naira for that kind of song, the person should examine his brain.”
