Jeff Bezos got it wrong but Prof Uju Anya got it right about the Late Queen Elizabeth Of Great Britain – Val Frakas Amadi

Prof Uju Anya was spot on about the Late Queen of Great Britain. Jeff Bezos and many others need to be better educated on the terrible deeds of the British Royals and other Western Powers

White privilege and racism is just terribly arrogant and unrepentant in all of its ramifications and does no justice at all in positively educating the white generations that come afterwards. Jeff Bezos is refusing to understand the position of Prof Uju Anya’s on the terrible role of the Queen and some Western privileged Whites in the raping of Africa and the genocidal expeditions of the West in Africa.

At the announcement of the Queen’s passing, that many other African victim families of the Queen’s genocidal exploits did not go on twitter to use the same weight of emotions and lyrical rawness as did Prof Uju in expressing their feelings about the Queen and her exploitations of Africa does not mean that many do not feel the same way that Prof Uju Anya feels. Prof Anya has the right to express herself the way she deems fit.

That the Queen, in Jeff Bezos’ opinion, was “working to make the world a better place” in her later years does not and should not take away from the presentation of the facts that she did, for many years, oversee the raping and genocidal exploitations of Africa and the World. More elaborate and frequent apologies for the negative roles of the West (Before and during the Queen’s reign) by the Queen and her Cohorts would have been better than trying to sugarcoat their past rapes and genocidal exploitations with mere flashes of goodwill to Africans and ‘photo ops’ mostly with innocent little children who are offsprings of the innocent victims of their genocidal exploitations. Overseeing a Malaria eradication campaign or helping an African rural village get clean water supply and making rhe best of photoops witht the villagers and little children in the village does not and should not wipe away the terrible years of exploitation and subjugation perpetrated by the Royals and their allies against theor so called colonies.

No one needs to be reminded of the roles of the West in the slave trade, the balkanization of Africa in a foreign land (Berlin in 1884) and the exploitation and mass looting of African resources that followed suit. Nobody needs to be reminded of the take over of India and the systemic introduction of the indentured service scheme as an alternative to slavery after many whites cried foul about the abolition of slavery. Do we need to be reminded of the stranglehold that the British Empire held upon the world and the repression and disproportionate uses of force by the British Empire each time any of their so called colonies tried to rise up and demand for independece? What about the innocent victims of Falkland Islands in the fight to intimidate and subdue Argentina in the 1980’s? Let’s come back home to Africa for a bit. What about the mass starvation of innocent Biafran Children that the Queen oversaw during the Nigeria-Biafra civil war? Who advised Gen Gowon to abandon the “Aburi Accord” just hours after he had signed it with Emeka Odumegwu Ojukwu in Ghana to avert a civil war in Nigeria in 1967? That Civil war killed 3 million Biafrans and about 2 million children and some of these were Prof Anya’s relatives and loved ones. Did the Queen ever sufficiently apologize or properly and appropriately atone for these terrible acts of an empire that she oversaw? The greed for oil, especially in the ‘Bight of Biafra’ (what Nigerian government now prefers to call the “Gulf of Guinea”), led the Queen and her British Empire into committing many unimaginable attrocities in Biafraland and Africa in general.

The “divide and rule” mantra of the Queen and her British Empire also left a deep trough in the otherwise stable basin of Africa’s unity. In the new atmosphere, Britain would often emerge as the ‘peacemaker’ and ‘balance broker” that ends up looting mass resources from the poor African countries. Sad indeed.

It needs to be pointed out, however, that not all whites are racists and not all have/had engaged in the illicit exploitation of Africa and Africans. As a matter of fact, many whites helped expose many of their kind who engaged in the exploitative behaviours and indeed many of them have actually also helped educate the innocent victims of Africa on most of these acts. A lot of Whites, like the American, David Koren, helped deliver much needed supplies to the dieing Children of Biafraland during the genocidal Nigeria-Biafran Civil war. Most of these efforts were coordinated with the caritas catholic aids network and the international Red Cross.

The “British Commonwealth” is another scheme used to continue Britain’s stranglehold on its former colonies, deepening the trade and resource imbalance that favours Britain while impoverishing these poorer nations. It is rather terrible to learn that Citizens of poorer Brithish Commonwealth Nations do not even enjoy visa-free travels to the U.K and other richer Commonwealth Nations like Australia and New Zealand. The event in Montserrat, a Caribbean British Overseas territory a few years ago helped open the eyes of many to some of the injustices perpetrated by the British Government against some of their poorer and usually black nations. A volcano erupted in Montserrat and the Citizens were supposed to be evacuated immediately but the the British Government were cherry-picking who to move out to Great Britain and who not to. Lots of Montserrat citizens ended up either stranded on the Island with actively flowing lava or stuck in countries other than their supposed mother country of Great Britain.

Most of Africa’s looted resources, wealth, Art, diamond, gold, etc are still in the hands of the Queen of Great Britain and her other allies around the world. To continue the terrible subjugation of Africa and other 3rd World Nations, Britain and its allies have mastered the use of systemic fiduciary operations, facilitated by the I.M.F (International Monetary Fund), the World Bank, the W.T.O (World Trade Organization) and many other schemes set up around the world. They mess up the economy of these nations, give them loans at terrible interest rates and continue to keep them dependent as most of these loans and their repayment amounts and terms are never ending. With these economic leashes on these 3rd world nations, Britain and its allies are able to politically control them, keeping them bound to perpetual slavery.

Jeff Bezos just wishes Prof Uju and other black people do not speak out more about the racist exploits of the late Queen and those of other racist whites just so that he does not get to feel the full weight of the guilt. The fact that he already feels bad about those unfortunate exploits is commendable but what is not commendable at all is the fact that he is attempting to silence the voice of the oppressed.

Twitter should never have deleted Prof Uju’s tweet where she wished the Queen an ‘escruciating death’ as she was merely expressing herself and she is within her rights to do that. The perpetrator and beneficiary of a crime against humanity should never be allowed to tell their victims how to react to their injustices. NEVER. A famous Igbo saying goes, “Onye omere amarala” (Only a victim knows and feels the full and true weight of an affliction). If any of Jeff Bezos’ relatives had died in Igboland between 1967-1970 when the British Monarchy oversaw the killing of 5 million innocent Biafrans, 2 million of them children, i bet you he would have been applauding Prof Anya’s tweets.

Dear Jeff Bezos and other young white people, please, do your best to understand our positions better when people like Prof Uju Anya speak on behalf of most of us who, alongside our family members, are/were at the receiving end of the exploitative consequences of the illicit acts of some (The late Queen Elizabeth 11 of Britain inclussive) among you.
