Fulham winger, Samuel Chukwueze has urged his teammates to move on and keep their heads up after their 5-4 defeat to Manchester City in the Premier League on Tuesday.
The Nigerian international came off the bench to score two goals against Man City at Craven Cottage.
His teammates Alex Iwobi and Emile Smith Rowe were also on the score sheet for the hosts.
Speaking at his post-match interview after the game, Chukwueze described the encounter as a ‘crazy game.’
“It was a crazy game. I like the spirit of the team, almost coming back,” Chukwueze said.
“[It is a] difficult one to take, but we keep our heads up.
“I believed, we believed we could score the next goals. But we have to move on from it.”
Chukwueze will now hope to lead Fulham to victory when they face Crystal Palace in their next Premier League game this weekend.
