The Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello on Sunday lost his mother, Hajia Hauwau Bello.
A statement personally signed by the governor read, “With total submission to the will of Allah, on behalf of the family of Alhaji Bello Ipemida Ochi, We regret to announce the passing away of our matriarch, Hajia Hauwau Bello, who answered the call of Allah this evening after a brief illness.”
Meanwhile, President Muhammadu Buhari on Sunday condoled with Bello over the death of his mother.
